La cucina a vista in stile americano dispone di tutti gli accessori necessari, piano cottura ad induzione, lavastoviglie e forno, non mancano la macchina del caffè espresso italiano, il tostapane, il frullatore ed il microonde, tutto in un design tra il moderno ed il vintage. La camera da letto molto luminosa grazie ad una vetrata che dà sul giardino condominiale interno garantisce tranquillità ai suoi ospiti, il letto dotato di un materasso alto 24cm di tipo memory foam ed un ampio armadio per i propri abiti, in uno dei due comodini troverete anche una presa USB per il cellulare. Il Bagno è puro lusso, ceramiche effetto marmo nero con venature in oro con angolo doccia 175 X 85, pavimento in sassi e una parete in vetro oro, diviso da un cristallo da 8mm, rendono veramente piacevole fare una doccia dopo una giornata che sia di lavoro o di piacere. Tutte le rubinetterie sono Grohe per garantire le giuste miscelazioni caldo/freddo.
