"Nice hotel and close to everything, good location, right on mid Manhattan, right in Times Square, rooms are small and the bathroom are small, toilet is tight and uncomfortable, the ac unit is old and makes a lot of noise, they keep the rooms clean and in good shape, the bed is comfortable. They have 4 breakfasts options and they are good. My personal experience whit my check in/out wasn't good, the person who helped me with both was the same person and he was kind of rude and really short with words, he wasn't friendly at all or helpful, he needs some costumer service training...//// Muy buen hotel buena ubicacion en medio Manhattan y en puro Times Square, los cuartos son chicos y el baño esta chico y el toilet esta muy apretado e incomodo, el aire acondicionado es viejo y hace mucho ruido, mantienen los cuartos limpios y en buenas condiciones, las camas son muy comodas, tinen 4 options de desayuno ricas , mi experiencia personal con check in/out fue mala y desagradable, la persona que me atendino fue la misma las 2 veces, y fue ruda y no amable y corta en palabras, necesita entrenamiento de servicio al cliente."

"Must say the Borgata was definitely good. I had a great time. If you really don’t want to leave the property you don’t have to, everything you need is there. I enjoyed the outdoor pool and also the indoor pool.However I do wish it was more of a nightlife other than just the casino and one bar. They really should pull up the carpet and put down hard floors to make the room more modern. It’s definitely more sanitary. My overall stay was wonderful."

"Todo estuvo bien, aunque la piscina parece que las paredes no la han limpiado por mucho tiempo, entré y me salí porque las paredes estaban que da asco, le pedí a la recepcionista al rededor de las 9 am que por favor enviara servicios de limpieza a mi habitación y no lo hicieron. Fue mi experiencia se que a todos nos le a ido igual"

"The room was very clean and sufficient for our trip. The staff was friendly, however check in took nearly two hours in the late evening hours. There were only two reliable elevators that also had a long wait period to use each time."

"Old but honest hotel. Clean and well kept considering it's 50 years old and mostly original. Surprisingly good restaurant for breakfast and lunch. We didn't stay for dinner but I'm assuming it's good as well. Relatively inexpensive overnight parking and overall good value. Good location and nice pool. Our 5th time here and not the last one."
