Everything was great, the hotel is new and the location is perfect. The only thing is that there were a lot of noisy people on my floor but that is not the hotel’s fault.

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location, with excellent design. The street where the hotel is located is a dead end and very green, when you go outside you find yourself in a botanical garden. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is first class and the coffee is delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the dim lighting in the room. Room had no window and it was to dark, it needed more light. My room was small but it' Ok for one person. The owners need to write more clearly that the deluxe room does not have a window. I thought that there would be a window. Anyway, It is super clean, I can say in general that the hotel, location and staff deserve 5 stars.

This is by far the best property in the city of Medellin. Walking distance or a short cab ride to everything. The staff are completely amazing. Housekeepers. Front desk staff. Security. Bartenders. You get the point. Amazing stay.

A+ location & service
Great location, and service. Just steps away from a supermarket, gym, restaurants, and many clubs/pubs. Very friendly and attentive staff. I'd definitely stay there again and I would recommended to friends.

Nice hotel, slow internet
The best service in Medellin and a comfortable bed, The receptionist Juliette is the best, it was my wife's birthday, and she left a cake and a candle in our room. We will be back for sure! Cons: The internet in the rooms is terrible, and the lamps light like candles.

Hotel its very cute and modern Only thing i didn't like was the room was so small that barely me and my husband fit in the same area i was standing. It was very loud you could hear everything from the outside Even the persons from next room when the were talking or laughing. But other than that hotel was always clean room was very clean too.

I had a blast at Hotel Helene in Medellin! I enjoyed the intimate atmosphere of this boutique hotel. The soul of the place is quite unique with "une élégance à la française" (a french touch). The staff is also amazing: special mention to Esteban from Front Desk and Xavier from the restaurant. You can't go wrong with this hotel. I can't wait to be back myself.

Great stay
Location was great. Walking distance to Parque Lleras and Provenza. Room was small but functional. Wonderful decoration and attention to detail. Service was friendly and welcoming. Great price vs value. Breakfast was included, enough to fuel you to start your day. Would definitely come back.

Hotel is ok , great loacation! Only 6 minutes walking to Plaza or church del Poblado( where tour guys meet you to start tours) but hotel could be perfect if they fix the Air Conditions because temperature is super hot in the room, when we asked if they can adjust it at 9 PM they said to us that they couldn't send someone until next day..... LOL you know what? Forget it! Typically, take it or leave it,also TV don't work. The hotel is in shape,clean and great location but they need to fix those thing to be perfect.

Extremely noisy area! hotel is beside a Disco! It gets warm during the day and AC is not working. Room has a cell phone from the hotel that does not work.(not being paid)! Very small rooms no closet! Not recommended for a longer stay! Will definitely not come back!

We went for our anniversary and the hotel even gave us an upgrade on our room as a gift plus it was decorated with roses and everything. The hotel itself its very beautiful and new, the rooms are very romantic and perfect for couples and the rooftop bar is a must go too. There are a few streets around El Poblado that locals don't recommend turists walk, a couple are a few blocks away from the hotel, but you can Uber everywhere for less than $5, so there's that. Awesome experience, awesome hotel.

Buena ubicación pero sus facilidades necesitan atención. Aire Acondicionado no enfría, sale agua de la bañera al cuarto. Se ordenó desayuno a la habitación y nunca llegó. El personal no se esforzó por resolver las complicaciones creo que todos los hisope des se quejan de lo mismo que ellos solo intentan resolver. En mi situación reserve 7 habitaciones para mi familia.
