The staff were very friendly. The room was clean but it was missing couple amenities

Liked cleanliness, asthetics of hotel, comfort of rooms, view of Nile, Covid prevention measures and professionalism and hospitality of staff.

The place was gorgeous. Staff was amazing. Concierge service was exceptional!

I really liked the great setting of the hotel next to the Nile river. The hotel was a serene haven for us in midst the atmospheric Cairo ambiance. The staff from porters, concierge to front desk guest relations housekeeping, waiters, baristas were all very well trained and polished. I think I was never reminded so well during check out if I had left anything in the safe. Once you experienced leaving your passport behind , you will highly appreciate such attentive service. The bedding was also exceptional, we slept very well. The food was an other highlight. The breakfast buffet is not huge but what is offered is top notch, exceptionally well and daily fresh baked french pastries alongside with fresh egg dishes and great coffee. We also tried their Italian restaurant and it was also very authentic. The pool area offers great view of the river and the very attentive staff there pulls every string to make your stay memorable.
