Our stay was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable! One of the biggest highlights was the incredible view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx directly from our room. Waking up and being able to look out at such an iconic view was breathtaking and made our trip to Egypt even more special.
The food was delicious and fresh, and we really enjoyed everything we tried. The customer service was also exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.
A very special thank you to Sarah, who made our entire trip so much easier and stress free. She helped plan our itinerary for the whole trip and arranged our drivers and tour guides, so we were able to experience Egypt without having to worry about all the details. Everything was organized so well, and having that level of assistance made a huge difference.
Between the spectacular Pyramid and Sphinx views, delicious food, excellent service, and the help we received planning our activities, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Egypt, especially if you want an unforgettable view and wonderful hospitality. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall the hotel is clean, staff are polite and helpful, and the location is excellent. I stayed in Suite 501 and Room 401, both clean and comfortable.
In Suite 501, the curtains are short and do not block light properly the room remains bright and cannot be fully darkened for rest. Also, the TV is placed in a very awkward position, and the door lock needs repair it is difficult to lock and unlock properly with the key.
Breakfast was quite disappointing.
The selection was very limited and quality was poor.
My family could not find suitable options and left without eating.
I would like to thank Mohamed a polite and energetic young man as well as Habiba from the restaurant and Abdullah at reception. The staff in general are good and very friendly.
I hope breakfast quality, the light blocking in the suite, the TV placement, and the door lock can all be improved the hotel deserve better standardso.
