What I did not like - no quick walking access to restaurants, the only one available was a separate restaurant from the hotel, on the 5th floor. My husband cannot walk far. False info for the restaurant is not rooftop. It is located on the 5th floor with only one side access to views from closed windows. Very disappointing indeed! The hotel is pet friendly, however, the restaurant was not accommodating at all to my small, well-behaved service dog. I had to spend a lot of time persuading to let my service dog in. . It was a problem for us; however, the hotel itself was excellent. I mentioned my concern about the dog to the manager of the hotel, Santiago. He was very helpful to suggestions. Because of my service dog, and no other place to eat except the restaurant on the fifth floor. The drink prices are crazy, the same prices as in Canada, not expected for Colombia. For these reasons, I am not sure if I can stay there again.
