The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone planning to stay in Medellin. It is in a nice area very walkable and there are a lot of restaurants and shops around. It felt safe to walk during the day and also at night. The only reason I am giving this Hotel four stars is because the Wi-Fi connection was not great.

Staff were great and I really liked the location and the view from our room, plus the breakfast was really yummy. It would've been great if housekeeping could've been done automatically without having to ask as I often forgot to do so.
