5/5 Excellent
Lovely historic building, right in centre of town
"Sadly it was a very brief stay, as staff made me feel so welcome"
"A modern purpose build practical hotel, close to the city centre but out of the way so your rushed. The staff were very polite, smiley friendly and couldn't do enough for me."

"Loved this Hotel, perfect for our Golf break. Mark in the Golf reception could not have been friendlier and was very helpful. The whole hotel complex was perfect."

"At first glance I thought the Park Plaza was a bit gloomy with its black paint and blood red carpet.
However, service was efficient, rooms clean and comfy with a decent sized bathroom for a change. They were running a breakfast deal for a tenner (£7 off), so I couldn’t refuse and was glad I didn’t as it was a great full breakfast buffet with proper (and hot) tea!
Excellent location right in the centre of town and just across the road from Leeds Central Station. I was on the 18th floor but up there I encountered no noise.
Only downside was that I couldn’t open the window for some fresh air, even though a window restraint strap was in place.
Will definitely use again."
