The pictures of his flat were accurate. The living area and kitchen are both spacious, as is the bedroom. The flat is convenient to the major artery street and a quick walk to the harbor. The common staircase is in disrepair and the lock can be a bit tricky. The door to the shower can be a bit tight for those of us not at our ideal weight! Be prepared for a climb to get to his top floor flat but you then have the benefit of the nice views from his private terrace, Thank you Ludo! ##### Philip N.
