The property is ina great location to train station, it’s under going a remodel so that was confusing. The front door was moved in the middle of our stay and when we pushed the button 4 times the door never opened. I think when they are finished it will be nice.

The location is great, especially if you are traveling by train, because the train station is just one block away and a few minutes from Plaza de la Comedia. The main attractions are within walking distance. The room is big, with good space that makes me feel really comfortable, and a plus is having a mini kitchen furnished, which makes me feel even more comfortable. For sure, next time I will choose this place and totally recommend it.

Great place for stopover

Professional and warm welcome, everything went smoothly, just like the check-out. Very high quality breakfast buffet with regional organic products, the lady at breakfast is very attentive and friendly, she is a gem and clearly deserves 5 stars in customer service, just like the young lady at my check-in. The only drawback: I was able to check into my room in the morning; at that time the chambermaids were still busy with the other rooms on the floor. They were shouting at each other across the rooms, it was a prolonged aggressive argument. Nevertheless I will certainly return, have been there already 4 time in the last 12 months.

Great location for transportation and sightseeing. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. I had just one small pillow and when I asked if I can get another pillow. The answer was NO. Therefore my sleep was not that great. The staff need to smile at the clients and realize that the revenue generated by guests provides their salary.

Arrived to a dirty room with specs of some substance covering the bathroom counter including the paper cup that was provided for my toothbrush. The shower door in the room was broken and would not close fully leading to water getting everywhere when taking a shower. My bedsheets had stains on them which was gross. The air conditioning in my room broke multiple times over multiple days. Basic things such as the buttons on the elevator on the fourth floor barely work (the down button for instance won’t light up when clicked) and the internal buttons within the elevator feel as though they are about to fall off. The breakfast is the worst one I’ve seen at hotel, with only a handful of things to eat and an orange juice dispenser that dispensed only water each day I tried it. Service was hit and miss. Each of the gentleman at reception that I interacted with were very kind and helpful. However, the woman who worked the front desk in the morning was very dismissive and seemed to not understand what hospitality is about. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It is close to the train station but that is the only positive I can say.

A good 'traveler's hotel' conveniently located close to the Saint-Charles train station (though, if you have wheeled luggage, you have to make a long detour to avoid the large staircase in front of the train station). The included breakfast was good.

This place had a bad smell in the buildings halls and main areas, thankfylly the room was ok. The room was small and had no extras, it had the bed and bathroom all clean. The buffet was not worth the cost, it had processed meat (2 kinds) cheese, breads, cearial yougart and eggs you boiled. Only stayed 1 night as it was to pungent. I would not stay long term. It is close to the metro so that was convenient.

The receptionist was so helpful to us especially when we didn’t get our food order from uber Eats. The rooms are exceptionally small, and the neighborhood near the Train station dis not feel safe to walk in even at 5:30PM in broad daylight. The Google Maps directions to this Hotel took us all the way around the station and then down the street. I suggest after receiving a booking this Hotel email the guests directions on which exit to use out of the trains station. Walking around this massive block area, uphill at times, with luggage was not fun and totally avoidable!
