Marseille Beach Holidays

I Stayed here last year and it was excellent sadly, the quality has declined this year, which was disappointing. The rooms were not very clean, particularly the balcony windows, and breakfast fell short of expectations. The restaurant menu also doesn’t quite match what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. On a positive note, some of the longstanding staff remain excellent Lucie in particular was professional and welcoming throughout. This isn’t meant as harsh criticism, just an honest reflection of my stay

Property is nice and easy walk to the harbor. The pool is much smaller than the pictures lead one to believe. The room was very comfortable and we were grateful for the working AC. One so the elevators was. It working which made for long lines since the elevators are very small - sign says no more than 3 persons or 2 persons with luggage. Staff were fine but not welcoming or friendly.

New Hotel of Marseilles was a decent clean hotel. The staff were friendly especially in the reception and were trying to help. The pool is nice despite it being small. The breakfast has a decent variety and there’s a nice outdoor space to enjoy it in the morning. I’d visit again and I’d give it a solid 8/10

Check in took almost 40 mins due to one staff member on reception. Stains on the carpet, stains on the chair, loose plug socket next to bathroom sink, thick dust on surfaces. Not worth the price at all - rooms are in need of maintenance and upgrades. A flimsy curtain dividing the bathroom from the bedroom area. We did not enjoy the stay.
