We were expecting a bottle of champagne when we arrived. That never happened. The cleaning staff didn’t always replenish our towels or coffee had to ask the front desk 3 of 7 days. Likes the hydration station, it was very handy. Front desk staff always greeted us as we arrived or leaving for the day. That’s was also nice.

Great Stop, Fab AC, Spacious Rooms!

I was so grateful to the staff for letting us check in so late due to a wildfire and the airport delaying our flight. He kept in touch over WhatsApp. The rooms are huge for Europe! We were very comfortable. AC in July was super cold! Great place if you’re just sight seeing for a few days and not in the room too much and in need of a pool etc. thank you Hotel Ligo!

Very clean, not enough staff

Hotel Ligo had a fun, colorful design. The room and lobby were very clean. Blackout blinds covered the windows at night. The bed was comfortable. However, the hotel needed more staff. When we arrived at breakfast, half the tables were covered by other guests' dirty dishes. The plates had run out. One of the coffee machines had no mugs. On the second day, the eggs were cold (not room temperature -- actually cold!). There was a long line at checkout because the front desk had just one worker. I would stay here again, but not at full price.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with both Le Panier and the Vieux Port just a short walk away. Despite being so centrally located, the hotel was exceptionally quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. We appreciated having storage space in our room as well as a fridge. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and accommodating especially with our late check-in/early check out.
