"Very handy for trip to Wembley Stadium to see Guns n Roses. Parked at Stanmore Station and got the Jubilee Line tube in to Wembley Park. Mattress in our room needs to be changed - the innards and springs were exposed. Also only one mug and one teaspoon for 2 persons... Very handy to get drinks from the 24 hour bar after we returned from the gig after midnight. Thanks very much."

"Such beautiful tranquil settings in the Hertfordshire countryside. From the moment you drive into the long drive towards the hotel to arriving at the reception its so beautiful. The peacocks add a lovely touch and the garden setting was lovely on a nice warm summers day. The hotel smelled so lovely and fresh and the rooms was air conditioned and so cool upon arriving. Great shower amenities. I would definitely stay here again "

"Staff were amazing. The room was clean with beautiful view. Loved the history of the property. The pastry chefs biscuits were AMAZING! We visited during a heatwave and the room was boiling, maybe a fan in each room would help for a better sleep. But we will definitely be staying again."
