"The property is in poor condition and in need of a refurb. The cleanliness also wasn’t great. There were water marks in the bathroom shower and sink and the shower tray was grey. The grout was also brown and silicone. The pipes smelt in the bathroom. Pillows were not comfortable. The bottom of the pool had some small tiles missing which meant I hurt myself. The salt sauna ceiling - one of the ceiling panels is falling off. Also a lot of brown grime around a lot of the pool amenities and jacuzzi. Overall poor condition and areas neglected which can be bad for safety. "

"Our little dog was made welcome with treats. Parking was easy and safe. "

"Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast needs a little bit of upgrading. Scrambled eggs are sitting to long and then becomes very dry. Should always be ready to remove if eggs are no longer fit to eat. Dinner was good. I think more needed to add to menu. "

"Great location, 10 minutes from rhe shops &zoo. Food was lovley, rooms were clean & staff were very friendly & helpful. Would 100%stay again."
