"We stayed here on our Ruby Wedding Anniversary as we had our wedding reception here and this was the first time we had gone back in 40 years! Staff very attentive and had sprinkled red hearts on the bed and on our dining table with little lights.The food was delicious, lovely evening meal and very good breakfast in the morning. Over all a lovely nostalgic stay for us and we will definitely return."

"The spa and hotel operate as separate businesses, which means charges cannot be added to the hotel room bill. Unfortunately, this was not explained to us at check-in. While at the spa, we ordered a few drinks and I did not have my card with me. Instead of offering a convenient solution, the staff advised me to get changed, return to my room to collect my card, and then come back to settle the bill. It was an extremely disappointing and inconvenient experience."
