"Warm welcome and beautiful room. Ate lunch in the Nelson bar on my own while waiting for partner to arrive and was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Same waiter on the evening - George. He was chatty funny and even sung for us - a fabulous member of staff. The room was beautiful and spa experience was fabulous. We especially enjoyed the live piano music on the evening with a cheeky cocktail or two! Will definitely stay again! "

"Location is perfect and a nice walk into the main shopping area. Lots of local restaurants and bars and very close the the race course if you are visiting for the races. Hotel its self is very good and the gym is perfect for what I needed it for on the move. "
