"This hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. Although, housekeeping missed to clean our room a few nights, it was easy to request a change of towels which they immediately addressed. However, walking into a nice clean room is always a good feeling after a long hot day in the sun. My ONLY concern were the towels. Towels were clean but lordly, they were rough to the skin. Towels should feel fluffy and soft when you're drying your skin especially after a sunburn when you need to feel that softness in your skin and not like a sandpaper while drying your skin. Overall, customer service, food, and facility were SUPERB! Employees are very friendly and courteous. Would consider going back if only they used some Downy or fabric softener in their towels :-) Loved it though!"

"We stayed for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort grounds are spacious, so it never felt overcrowded. There are several dining options on the property, which was very convenient. However, if you'd like to explore restaurants or attractions outside the resort, you'll need a car, as there isn't much within walking distance. The location is excellent for visiting places like El Yunque National Forest and Luquillo Beach, both of which are only about a 10–15 minute drive away. The resort offers several pools to choose from, but the pool with the waterslide and splash zone is by far the most popular. If you'd like to secure a lounge chair, it's best to arrive early. The rooms were clean, updated, and featured very comfortable beds. My only significant concern was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. The walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations and other noise from neighboring rooms. In addition, the connecting door between our room and the adjacent room only had a single door instead of the typical double-door design. Because of this, we could see into the neighboring room through the gap around the door as guests walked by, which felt uncomfortable and raised privacy and security concerns. Overall, this is a great resort for families with children, especially those looking for a convenient location, multiple dining options, and plenty of activities on the property."

"Our room was spotless and the AC kept things perfectly comfortable throughout our stay. The morning snack bar was a lovely touch, and the staff were incredibly helpful the whole time. Only small suggestion: maybe keep some heavy-duty bug spray on hand — we had an unexpected (and admittedly not the host’s fault!) spider encounter in the shower. Otherwise, a great stay and we’d happily come back!"

"This resort is absolutely stunning. It feels like you are in a private oasis! We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom casitas which was awesome! We lost power one night for about 4 hours but I think that is fairly common anywhere on the island. The Coqui water park was fantastic. There are several restaurants and pools all over the resort. My only small complaint would be the time it takes to get your food whether it be room service or at a restaurant. Just be prepared to wait over an hour. But other than that we will definitely be back!!!"
