"New property. Lovely staff. No hot water and no heating in Room 306 Hillman Suite. Provided feedback to the lovely receptionist.
This hotel has the opportunity to be something great but facilities issue need urgent attention or it will undermine the good work of your customer facing staff. Customer facing staff and clients have been let down here."

"The manager was lovely and showed us around the room and let us know any key things we needed to know. The room was absolutely lovely, proper cosy country vibes and loved the special touch of a large bottle of sparkling and still water and cookies in our room. Would highly recommend as place to stay! "

"What a lovely spot. The rooms were clean with very comfy beds. Huge bathroom with tub and shower. Nice restaurant. Beautiful location. Leeds Castle is beautiful, well maintained, and has something for everyone in your family. We stayed 2 nights while visiting in the area. Perfect. "
