"My stay here was fantastic from start to finish. The service was beyond amazing — staff were constantly checking in to see if we needed anything, and it never felt intrusive, just genuinely attentive. At one point we needed extra blankets, and they were at our door within minutes of asking. That level of responsiveness really stood out. Location-wise, it's hard to beat. Subway stations were within walking distance (some practically right in front of the hotel), which made getting around the city incredibly easy. Whether we were heading uptown for sightseeing or just exploring downtown, we never had to think twice about transportation. Overall, a fantastic combination of great service and an unbeatable location. Highly recommend for anyone visiting NYC!"
