"Hotel was in a good neighborhood but it was over priced for what it was. But that’s to be expected in NYC. The reservation said we would get a $36 food and beverage credit but no one offered it or seemed to know anything about it."

"The rooms are huge and the staff is great. The club on the 14th floor was really loud on Friday night (we were on floor 7), but it was still a good stay overall, and less expensive than other places. The bed was clean and comfy."

Only slight complaint was room wasn't ready at checkin and we had to keep chasing for extra towels and blankets and we only got enough for 3 people, not 4 booked"
