"The hotel staff was very lovely when checking in. We had a good chat about being foreign travellers and they ended up letting us stay in the car park for free for 2 nights. Amazing kindness. We also upon check out forgot our shampoo and they kept it for us cause we were going to come back through on our way back to London. The hotel staff was very nice and our rooms were cleaned every day. Upon check in our sheets were not the cleanest and the staff promptly check our bedding and replaced it. I didn't mind changing the sheets myself as they didnt' have staff there that late which was fine. As long as I had clean sheets. Loved how close the train was to downtown. "
"Excellent hotel with two on-site restaurants, easy access to the tram and bus routes, great staff, and an overall solid value for the money as spent. No need to be in the heart of the Royal Mile when you can stay here. I’d book again. "
