"The room was okay - a bit tired and could have been cleaner. It wasn't disgusting but it wasn't immaculate. It's not exactly cheap either so I can't let it slide on that basis. Feels like it could do with a bit of love and a deep clean. Bed comfy, location is brilliant and I like that there's a proper fridge in the room. I've stayed here before and I would again. "

Shower cubical was a little small but adequate. Attention to detail is needed around the decaying grouting and sealent. Bed was comfortable and clean, pillows were nice and soft. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton. "
