"I stayed in this property with my wife, son, daughter-in-law and 5 month old grandchild.The lock box was a little tricky to open as the after entering the code the little lever was difficult to get a grip on and push down as well as pulling out the lock box door, but eventually I managed to get it open.The property was very clean and well prepared for our arrival with tea/coffee etc.A couple of pointers for future stays.Dishwasher tablets were left for us with washing up liquid and hand soap…but...

"Check in time was 4pm, but had to call at 4.30 to get check-in info. Property quite hard to find. In a great location, close to a Sainsbury’s local, the Pier & the Lanes. Bus stops close by. Lots of beds & bathroom facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Internet an issue. Unable to use hot-tub due to net to keep pigeons out not effective & many of them inside netting. Obviously is student accommodation during term time which was evident"

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette demeure très bien située. Nous avons oublié un petit doudou d’enfant. Quelques remarques pour améliorer le séjour. C’est la 1ere fois qu’on nous facture en supplément un lit bébé. Les moquettes d’escalier sont très tachées, c’est dommage. Nous n’avions pas prévu de prise spéciale pour les appareils téléphoniques. Ce serait bien d’en mettre à disposition. Nous avons d’ailleurs oublié celle que nous avons achetée sur place."
