"We enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia house. It was convenient to where we needed to be in doing college visits and only a 15 min walk from the T when needed and 15 min from there to downtown Boston. The property was very clean, organized, and provided all the basic necessities like sugar, salt/pepper, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper as well as a gourmet coffee and tea station. Laundry with both washer and dryer with dryer sheets and detergent made it so homey....

"In 2015, my family stayed at the Rum Runner House for my oldest son's wedding. This time my youngest son got married and imagine my joy when the Rum Runner House was available to rent this weekend since we had such a good time the first time we stayed here. "1. We arrived a little earlier, at 2 pm, as we drove 5 hours; as per Expedia, it showed me check-in at 3 pm, but Vrbo showed up at 4 pm. I asked Camar if I could grab lunch and check in early at 3 pm because that is what the trip itinerary showed me. He said no and that he was cleaning and to come at 4 pm. "Thought place was impressively clean. Had all the comforts one would want or expect. Living room was very comfortable. The woodwork made the home very inviting. Big driveway was good. 5 minute ride to subway station was important as well. Was very fortunate to meet the owner(Mark) as we pulled into the driveway. He gave a quick rundown of a few items including some restaurants ideas. It was very clear to me that the owner has spent a lot of time and money on making it a great place to stay."
