Wonderful experience at the Newton Marriott. The staff were extraordinarily helpful, the location suited us perfectly with gorgeous outside spaces overlooking the water, parking was easy and safe, and the rooms very nice and comfortable. My children were sick during the stay and Alex, one of the overnight staff came back 3 times to clean the bed linens— what a gem!!! All around exceptional service.

I would give Amenities a 4, but having to pay for WIFI is such a weird thing these days. Otherwise, the staff is totally on point, to the nines with attire and appearance, politeness and take care of business efficiently. Place is spotless!! For its age.

This is one of the more confusing hotels. Taking the elevator in the lobby to the second floor means you take the elevator down not up because the lobby is technically the 4th floor. Staff was great, hotel room is not very convenient. Shocked at how small the bathroom was. And balcony had a view of the Charles river but it was blocked by an outdoor tent so sitting on the balcony was useless. Not a great stay

Very nice hotel, I liked that they had a bar, Starbucks, and snacks in the lobby. The room was nice, clean, comfortable bed. My only complaints are that that are very few channels on the TV and you can't connect to streaming services; additionally they charge you for everything, including parking and wifi.
