I was surprised that breakfast was not included, but probably my fault for not reading the details carefully. However, I eat very little at breakfast and felt that £12.50 was rather too much for my requirements. "

The rooms are around the corner from the main office, very close to train station. We stayed on the bottom floor and there was one bathroom to share with one other room stay. "The sheets and towels supplied were spotless, which is very important, although the public areas were a touch shabby. The help yourself breakfast was very good. Parking was very hit or miss, which could be tricky in a busy and unfamiliar city."

"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions."
