"This is a decent property in a good location with easy parking on-site. But beware: it has almost no internet access and not great mobile reception either. Thick stone walls and facing the harbour means it lacks line-of-site to mobile towers. My modern phone worked, but data speeds were poor inside the apartment. The provided "wifi" consists of a dinky 4G hotspot which sometimes worked ar 1990s speeds: kilobits/sec. But mostly it didn't work at all. No other complaints, but lack of internet...

However, it didn't have some basic amenities in the kitchen, like a paring knife for cutting up fruit or dishcloth and tea towel.
