Only negative (unless you are a trainspotter) is the adjacent railway line but trains are no more frequent than about one every 10 minutes and don't run through the night. "Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "
