"We had a better than anticipated stay with the hotel has relatively new interior with welcoming staff. It was a good value choice with swimming pool where we drove there so the location is never the problem. The place do feel extremely clean and the Buffett breakfast is good and well organised. The only slight disadvantage is the water pressure of the shower is not the best. "

The food was good with fast service and a good atmosphere. The gym staff were friendly too and Vanessa always had a smile on her face and made you feel welcome. I've stayed here on my previous trips to Newcastle and wouldn't hesitate to do so again."
