"This property was fantastic, excellent location overlooking the sea. Perfect for 4 couples as each bedroom has its own en-suite/bathroom. Welcome basket of bread, jam, tea, coffee, butter and milk was nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you"

"Very nice property, was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. John's communication was excellent. Just could of done with a small bin in each bedroom and there was only 1 dishwasher tablet but these are only minor things but holiday and house was very adequate for our stay at Newbiggin on the sea. We even spotted dolphins from the bedroom window. Parking was ok on the road outside. 5 stars given. Kevin and family"

"We had an excellent 3 night visit. The property is even better than the photos, and the location is incredible looking out to the sea. You have everything you need in the property and will definitely come back. Patsy was also a fabulous host and kept in touch throughout. Thanks."
