"The staff were lovely their service is great, however the place is tired and dated. The bed is not very comfortable. For the price the room is too small with out a fridge! I can get a room with fridge bigger window at Leonardo for the same price!!!Too pricey for the room I was put in. "

"Grand is a very apt name for the hotel, all areas immaculate with spacious high cieling rooms and attentive staff. The only area lacking was breakfast, my Hash Brown benedict had very dried bacon, overcooked egg and you could tell the sauce had been left exposed on the hot plate too long. I'd therefore give 9.5/10 overall. "
