Easy return access to Heathrow if you buy the Hotel Hoppa ticket - which stops right outside the door. What concerned me most was the layout of the hotel with the public able to walk off the street and get into a lift and access any floor without being a guest at the hotel, Yes, there were key card slots that were intended to stop non-hotel customers from accessing the corridors, but that leaves the lifts and floor lift atriums open access. Having a kettle without having tea and coffee in the room is not becoming of a 3* hotel - It is consistent with cost cutting, but not a good feel for me."

"The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was very good, but the property is very dated. The bathroom was awkward because the tub walls were very high. The hallways and rooms are furnished in dark, depressing colors. The AC unit was located directly above our bed and began to leak condensation on our final day."
