Enjoy one bedroom newly refurbished specious flat in heart of Fulham/Chelsea area. Sleeps 2-4 people. This ex-council flat on a courtyard off the Fulham rd, only 5 min walk from Parsons Green or 5 min walk from Fulham Broadway which offers great atmosphere with shops, coffee shops pubs, etc.. Fulham is close to central London and just next door to Chelsea. It is also within easy access Heathrow or Gatwick airport.

The flat has been newly refurbished with new kitchen with new appliances (microwave, kettle, etc..) bathroom, living room with sofa bed for extra quests and dining table for four people, also newly refurbished bedroom with double bed and lots of storage. The flat is on the first floor with no lift.

Convenient Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, spacious and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. While the apartment is close to the tube line, we we barely heard the trains go past. The location was very convenient, close to supermarkets and the Parsons Green tube station which was able to take us pretty much anywhere we wanted to go in London. Jolana was a very responsive host and always promptly replied to our messages. She was also very accommodating with our request for an early self check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful flat!
Wonderful flat for our London vacation. Our first time as a family to London. Communication was great with owner. We got lost trying to find th flat and she sent her friend who was very helpful. The flat was very clean and great! We stayed for 4 nights and had everything we needed. nice location with grocery, etc near by. Loved the adapters that were already in place so we could plug all our devices in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Convenient and affordable
My wife and I rented this flat in November 2018. It was a nice little flat that made a good home away from home for the week we were there. The kitchen had all the cooking equipment we needed to make most of our meals, which saved us alot of money. Plus the price of the flat was really affordable. The living room is quite comfortable. The couch cushions flip out, making enough room for one extra adult sleeper, and maybe two extra child sleepers. The washing machine/dryer is a little small, and took a long time to dry anything, but as long as you do laundry every morning, and then set it to dry before you leave to do your tourist things, you'll be fine. Its also pretty convenient, being a short walk from the tube station, as well as several grocery stores and restaurants The major downside for us was that it was a little noisy, especially the upstairs neighbors. We asked the owner to talk to them and she did, but they were still noisy, to the point where the owner actually had to call the cops on them because they were yelling at each other late into the night. The flat is also close to the tube, so you can hear it going by all night. This wasn't that big of a deal, but is worth being aware of. Overall we had a really nice time and London, and the flat was very satisfactory. Jolana was a great host and I would recommend staying here for the convenience and the price.

Stylish flat and conveniently located
This apartment was a wonderful place to stay. The owners have definitely given it lots of love and thought with the redesign. It had everything we needed and more, plus the location was perfect for hopping on and off the tube or bus. Anywhere we wanted to go was easily accessible with a quick 5 minute walk to the underground. The surrounding neighborhood offers many delicious options as well. We found a favorite breakfast stop just down the street, as well as other fantastic pubs and places for dinner. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything that goes on above and around you, and there were some very noisy neighbors who yelled into the late hours of the evening each night. Please know that the owner has no control over this and it is not their fault. But if you are a light sleeper, you will be kept up. That aside, I highly recommend this flat for a visit to London. We would definitely stay again.

Große Wohnung in guter Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Sie war größer als wir dachten. Wir waren zu viert dort und es war ausreichend Platz für alles. Die Umgebung ist sicher und angenehm, mit vielen Geschäften und die U-Bahn-Station Parsons Green ist gleich um die Ecke. Leider war die Waschmaschine kaputt. Die Vermieterin will eine neue kaufen.

Nice place well located
We had a very plaisant stay in Jolana's flat. It's located near many buses lines, Subway station. On your arrival use fulham broadway station it's easier by the underground, than the bus where you may confuse. The flat is quiet. It's clean. Such a nice décoration. Very well equipted.And Jolana does all to make you feel confortable and wellcome to London. I thank her for respecting the deal as much as we did. I recommande her flat +++
