Good hotel in the heart of Greenwich

Posted 14-May-2017
Pros: Location, size of room.
If you're vacationing in London, don't overlook Greenwich. Hotels here a a little cheaper than in more central parts of the city, and the city centre is very accessible via the DLR tube. The Ibis London Greenwich is modern and generally clean, but does have a pop-culture vibe to it. The hotel was reasonably quiet for the duration of my stay, and the room was a pleasant size compared to some others in central London. Check-in via the receptionist's iPhone was a little strange and a receipt wasn't emailed as promised, but the staff were willing to work with me to address my concerns about this.

Perfectly positioned in heart of Greenwich

Posted 11-May-2017
Pros: Closeness to tube Clean & comfortable hotel
Cons: Food/snack provision for later at night
Staff were ultra friendly and helpful. Room was on the small side but the beds were super comfy. Only niggle was the food was advertised as available 24/7 but when we asked were told they'd run out at 11 pm. Had to make do with a packet of crisps nd a Twix 😕

Nice hotel friendly polite and professional staff in a lovely part of London. The attractions and amenities with Greenwich are only 2 mins walk from the hotel. What more could I want.

Good, clean, excellent location

Stayed one night and absolutely fine experience. Staff helpful, rooms good. They are not big but have everything you need for a good night's sleep. Best thing is location right on the doorstep of all Greenwich has to offer. Would be an improvementioned if you check easily what is available in rooms eg iron or hairdryer.

Best location to explore London

Posted 24-Apr-2017
Pros: The staff - all brilliant, professional, so friendly. The fresh design of the room and sensible storage. The comfortable bed. Responsive heating.
Cons: Curtains scruffy. Net curtains not fitted but are essential. TV loudspeaker dreadful, all bass, no adjustment - VERY ANNOYING.
Location: Brilliant location. All Greenwich attractions within easy walk. Loads of super pubs and restaurants. Couldn't have found better.
Hotel kerb appeal excellent. Staff superbly welcoming. Room perfectly suitable for a short stay. Services available 24/7. Ideal location for exploring Greenwich, for taking riverboats on the Thames, or for travel to other areas via bus, DLR (to the underground network) and mainline rail services. Would definitely go again.
