Hello Jack, The property operates with a physical key for your room but has a coded main door. When booking the property you did not clarify that you were practising Sabbath. You simply asked if we had a physical key entry for your room which we replied confirming you do.We have accommodated many guests practicing Sabbath in the past and usually, we are told in advance so that we can make arrangements for the guest.You did not inform us until you got to the property about this and at that point, we could not make arrangements. Had you made us aware from the start we could have organized staff to accommodate any time you needed to use the main door.In regards to parking, we clearly state when booking which applications to use to pre-book parking spaces. You are incorrect in stating we could have incorporated parking as the rear of the property contains storage and laundry rooms.We hope you would have informed us clearly of your request before arriving at the property so we could have accommodated any requests you have and you would not have reviewed us in this way.Kind regards,
