"Ruthin Castle hotel is an amazing place to stay. It is very atmospheric. The food was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was only a 5 minute walk into Ruthin, which is a lovely little town, with some beautiful cottages and quaint little shops. I felt like I'd stepped back into another century for a few days. We had a lovely relaxing break there."

"Lovely hotel, a couple of issues we got woken up twice by people putting scaffolding on our window. We didnt feel comfortable as we couldnt open the curtains as 2 men were literally stood on scaffolding infront of the window Also we had our do not disturb sign on but the staff still knocked and came in the room with a builder who was going to changing the window the next day. When was asked at reception what time it was being done they didn't know. So we had to set our alarm early and leave early as we where worried we where going to be woken up again"
