"Relaxing family stay with our two elderly chocolate Labradors. The accommodation is excellent. Lots of kitchen equipment. Plenty of hot water for the morning showers. Games and jigsaws supplied in the living room The alpaca was a welcome addition. All in all a relaxing stay. Would recommend."

"An outstanding property in an outstanding part of Wales. I love the property and would be quite happy living there. Sadly I was only there for three nights. I stayed when it was very cold and I didn't mind the outside toilet but the shower was another matter on a cold morning. I would love to experience this in the summer months. I am very jealous, I would love to call it my home. The host was very helpful and is always on hand if needed. The scenery around you was beautiful. There are fields...

"4 friends stayed in & enjoyed the cottage. Lovely cosy feel, especially with the fire going. Used the BBQ hut too, lovely idea as can have a BBQ even in the rain - could do with a bit more light in there though as when it got dark cooking would’ve been close to impossible had we not used the torches on our phones. Would defo come back & stay again"

"What a quiet and beautiful spot to escape to! We had a lovely time at Owl Barn. The barn is modern, comfortable and clean, set upon a hill accessed only via narrow, windy country lanes. We often found ourselves sharing the lane with 'escapees', some of the sheep must have preferred the anticipated taste of the neighbouring fields and managed somehow to wangle their way through the barbed wire fences to then only find themselves unable to 'break in' to the lush field opposite..we enjoyed this...

"A wonderful property and cosy setting, log burner was super warm, kitchen Diner was nice and spacious. Bathrooms were superb and decorated to a high standard, bedrooms fitted with TV throughout. The views to the rear were wonderful and walks in the area was nice with a nearby castle to visit giving splendid views. Hosts were wonderful and kept in touch throughout."

"Lovely cottage situated in a rural location with views of an old castle. The cottage was tastefully decorated with new kitchen and bathrooms, pretty whitewashed oak beams. Nothing not to like. Would definitely stay there again."

"Really beautiful property with a great cosy feel to it. The fireplace was great at keeping the house warm and toasty. Kitchen is well stocked and the sound of the stream near by was lovely! The road going up to the property is a bit challenging so something to be mindful of with your vehicle. Very remote but a small village is a 15 minute drive away. The listing says there is a hot tub but they are just regular bath tubs - still great and relaxing! Just no jet element to them."

"We had a wonderful time at Nant-Y-Glyn, the house was perfect for our needs. The views around the property were incredible. The house itself was very clean and spacious. We rented a car and the location was central enough to be able to drive to a few key points of interest in the area. Overall, we had a lovely time and can’t wait to be back one day!"

"Great open plan living/social space downstairs however upstairs whilst spacious presented its challenges. Too much light in master bedroom during the night from bathroom windows/skylight. Had to turn on the bathroom light when going to the loo waking partner! Separate lights perhaps? Bath towels very small and we are average height /build. A memory foam mattress is not to our liking and the duvet was quite heavy for this time of year. Very well equipped kitchen and social /entertainment...
