Very fast and efficient check in , bedroom was adequate and bathroom was lovely . Bed lovely and soft and everything was lovely and clean . Staff lovely and helpful .

Clearly more time has been applied to tech than the hotel from repeated emails to me. Staff were friendly and nice but the property looks in need of updating. WiFi was not available in our room despite asking and bathroom was a little shabby with the shower hose not even long enough to accommodate my height. This isn’t a huge criticism as everyone was working hard, but maybe the people who have the money (Marston advertising blutacked to the wall) invest a bit more
