"Hello,We had a very bad experience during our stay. There was no internet connection available, and since we didn't have internet data ourselves, we couldn't contact you or anyone else. When we finally managed to call the host, they asked us to turn the router off for 15 minutes, but the internet still did not work. This put us in a terrible and helpless situation. Please look into this matter.""

"Amazing place. Kids had such a great time feeding the ponies, playing on the trampoline and in the games room. The swimming pool was great especially having the whole pool to ourselves for an hour."

"An excellent venue, well presented, good value for money, well located for day trips around Somerset and Devon - both more gorgeous than we expected. The resort has an excellent information centre, a games room, pool and space to breathe and relax."
