"This property is set in a stunning location next to the Surf Snowdonia venue. Restaurant served great food for lunch and dinner and was always clean. The spa facilities were superb, plenty of choice on what to do there with a stunning pool outside with views of the Welsh valley’s! Only down side was that we were on a dog friendly floor, which I was unaware of when I was booking our stay. Apart from that the overall experience was brilliant. We’d definitely stay here again"

"The hotel is set in glorious grounds and woodlands and within easy reach of both Conwy and Betws-y-Coed. The room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was excellent, including cold meats, cheese, smoked salmon....more than enough! "

"I've stayed here last year and the rooms are a very good size, comfy bed, two comfy chairs in the room with a desk. The shower was brilliant, above the bath in this room but for me that was ok. My view was of the car park and the fields beyond the road. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. I was the first one there for breakfast and the service was great, the young girl who served me was very polite and helpful. Lovely gluten free breakfast."
