"Good value for money but tired in places. On booking in receptionist was not very welcoming and it was if we were interrupting her work."

"Amazing stay everyone so friendly we always keep going back . Full use of facilities ! Pool and spa areas were so clean. Room was perfect. Although need bigger coffee cups 😄 and couldn't find drinking water or bottle water to buy. Was a lot of confusion due to booking club room with Expedia check in they say have free breakfast and then get to breakfast in morning ...... £25 for two because you didn't book directly through village was a bit annoying because we'd already eaten it. Won't stop us revisiting though just won't boo"
