Very close to the city center, walk a ball through a lot of things, well appointed. Great breakfast. A bit of a hassle with a parking deck, but not unexpected for an inner city hotel.

Hillcrest Liverpool Central
Location was good for what we needed however we were on the third floor (two flights of stairs per floor) with no working lift and were only informed of this when we arrived.
