"Friendly, informative staff at reception, clean, well-equipped room and proximity to the airport for an early morning flight meant that my 1-night stay was a good experience. The bathroom was a little small and the breakfast was basic but well executed and I was delighted that continental breakfast is available from 4am and a cooked breakfast from 6am. "This is my second stay at Novotel London Stansted, and I have to say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Reception staff were helpful and polite. Room was clean, shower hot and bed comfy. Had an evening meal in the restaurant where all staff exhibited first class customer service, being friendly, chatty and interested. Evening meal was great and the bread & butter pudding with Creme anglaise desert absolutely divine. Breakfast was just as good and plentiful. Quick and easy checkout. Highly recommended."
