Altogether pleasant & welcoming. The breakfast was particularly good. Sunday lunch was not of the same standard.

The room was big, clean and nice. The hotel is close to Looe. I would come back this hotel again.

Warm welcome from the owner, room nice and clean, although a little small it was more than adequate for a one night stay. Didn’t realise it was quite close to a railway track which was a little noisy.

Just what I needed clean & friendly
I had booked a single room & was pleasantly surprised to have a double bed in a lovely en-suite room. On arrival I went to the bar & was directed straight up to my room & asked if I wished to have breakfast. I did not hear noise from the pub below. You could hear the odd train but the pub was opposite to a station. The owners were friendly.

Positives: Freindly welcome and service, use of first name, modern bathroom in superior single, low price, good location, option to purchase breakfast, all very clean. Minor Negatives: Close to railway line but very few trains, shame no evening meals although restaurant within walking distance Overall: I would superior single book again and support a local business that deserves to do well.
