The apartment is located in a PREMIUM LOCATION. It is LUMINOUS, UNIQUE has a SPACIOUS living room and a MAGIC TERRASSE with river view. This CONFORTABLE & QUIET flat is perfect for a love escape or a touristic trip in Lisbon!

1- LIVING ROOM WITH OPEN KITCHEN
You will enter the living room passing through the entry door.
-The two couches are also double beds. In the kitchen area located against the wall you will find plates, glasses and all you need to cook.
- Trash is located under the sink. Once full please bring the trash downstairs & put it in the large outside green recipients disposed on the street next to the entry door.
- Please just press the top left hand corner of the drawers to open them and push them back slowly to close them (you don't need to push till the end they should close by themselves)
- In the main drawers by the fridge you will be able to find the dishwasher & the washing machine
- In the drawers you can find a juice extractor, juice machine, a boiler and a toaster
- To turn on the red light between the 2 sofas just turn on manually the switch

2- TERRACE
- Please make sure to CLOSE THE TERRACE access when you leave the house. Lisbon is a very safe city but prevention is always good.
- There is a switch inside the house to turn on the terrace.
Please do not forget to turn it off once you leave the terrace.

3- BEDROOM
- VERY IMPORTANT: the bedroom windows must not remain open when it rains otherwise the entire bedroom will turn into a Pool. PLEASE CLOSE THE WINDOWS OF THE BEDROOM when you leave the house. PLEASE CLOSE THE WINDOWS OF THE BEDROOM when it RAINS.
- Please turn on the lamps manually and beware of the roof that is a bit low in some parts of the bedroom. All the cupboards are empty for you to dispose of your clothes.

4- BATHROOM
- Soap & shampoo are at your disposal in the bathroom. Please help yourself

- Air conditionning: you will find a gray box against the wall just one meter above the sofa that is the closest to the entry door.
press the turn on button and settle the temperature (worm or cold) accordingly. Please make sure not to OVERUSE the system to avoid energy waste !!

- Emergency: In case of emergency, you will find a first aid kit in the cupboard disposed over the fridge.
