Beautiful cottage and lovely location
A lovely home away form home. Our two young boys absolutely loved the table tennis and pool table and especially the beautiful grounds. The cottage and property is well looked after and Susan was a splendid host. We will be back!

Perfect!
A fantastic property in great surroundings with exceptionally friendly hosts. We have just returned from a 4-night stay (as a family of 4) and we were blown away by the warm and friendly welcome from Susie and the whole family. All aspects of this property and the facilities were 'spot on' (exactly as described, if not better than described!) and it is well located with the coast within a short drive, countryside walks right outside the door and some good local pubs. Tip: follow Susie's tips and you will have an amazing time, she has great local knowledge!

Just perfect!
Can’t fault our wonderful stay in this lovely cottage on stunning grounds. Sue was brilliant at communicating throughout and so thoughtful with her suggestions and little touches like age appropriate toys left at the house. We are a family ranging in age from 20months to 70+ and all enjoyed every minute! Thank you Sue and family for having us! We will be back x

Wonderful stay in fabulous location with lovely host.
We had a lovely family stay in this sweet cottage, on beautiful grounds. We were lucky to have exclusive use of the amazing gardens and pool. The host Susie was wonderful and could not have been more helpful and kind. She stocked the cottage with toys for our kids, and gave us so many helpful tips about places to go. She was such a pleasure to deal with which made our stay even better. Thank you!

Comfortable cottage in lovely setting
The cottage is warm, clean and comfortable and fully lives up to the photographs and description. Earlier positive reviews are well deserved. The owner is charming and personable and made us most welcome. A very pleasant stay was enjoyed and a return visit is tempting.

Lovely property in wonderful setting.
We arrived late but communication was good and we had no problems getting in. The house is in some beautiful grounds near a cricket pitch with access to the downs very close. The house was spotless with lots of extras like pool table tennis and table tennis. So quiet and peaceful - we will be returning!

Bright, airy and spacious
We stayed with a friend for 3 nights. The cottage was lovely with everything we needed. We went during school holidays so couldn't use the swimming pool but there was lots to do locally. The cottage is situated very near beautiful National Trust walks. We had a great time and would go back in the future.

Perfect Cottage in the Country
We cannot say enough good things about our stay. The owner Susie was a pleasure to deal with. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. My wife and I stayed at the cottage for five days. The cottage itself is comfortable and charming. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishware and new appliances. We enjoyed having wine and cheese on the downstairs patio in the evenings and walking though the South Downs. The shower is brilliant. Everything you might need to buy can be found in Liphook, which is just a few minutes drive away. The A3 is conveniently close. The nearby Rising Sun pub has great food, a good atmosphere and is worth a visit. Our walk to the Deers Hut pub was one of our favorite days, although the paths through parts of the Downs are not very well marked - nothing a gps can't resolve for you. Overall, an outstanding experience.
