"Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was very poorly maintained and did not match the expectations set by the listing whatsoever. The moment I entered the hallway and room, there was an overwhelming cigar/smoke smell, to the point where the mattress and pillows themselves wreaked of cigarettes, despite the property advertising itself as non-smoking. What made the experience even worse was how helpless and unprepared the staff seemed when the issue was brought to their attention. There was no meaningful attempt to accommodate the problem, or provide an acceptable alternative. Overall, the condition of the property, lack of cleanliness, and poor handling of concerns made this an extremely poor hotel experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere."

"I chose this hotel because the website said they provided free airport transportation. I did not click further to read that they only provided transportation from 10am to 5 pm. That should be upfront and center!! We had to keep our rental an extra day and stress in the morning about dropping off the car and getting to the airport on time! Because we had to leave earlier to drop off the rental, we were not able to have breakfast at the hotel! The entrance to the hotel is not easily found! And to get our luggage up the winding stairs was difficult. There was no one to help!!"

"Three Things That We Liked About This Place: 1- The view from the hotel was super beautiful, mind blowing and relaxing in which it was facing the beach and the hilly landscape that was gorgeous & fantastic. 2- The helpfulness of the front desk especially Paola & Vincenzo was beyond expectation and left us without words to describe how we felt. Their customer service skills were excellent & above and beyond. Their warmth and welcoming made us feel like we were at home. Simply we can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. 3- The restaurant was amazing. Very delicious food that is made with love, perfection and passion. In our opinion their restaurant layout and food quality were the same as fine dining restaurants in Naples, Italy. Very professional restaurant staff and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking. Attention To The Following Two Points: 1- The hotel is located up hill from the city and it has NO public transportation to it so either you take the taxi by calling the taxi company/order a taxi from the hotel or you rent a car which is the best option. We thank the hotel for mentioning this in advance before booking. 2- There are many events happening at the restaurant like weddings/engagement/birthday/graduation parties…..etc and it gets loud there most of the time. A positive experience for us especially with the front desk staff that we were super impressed by their professionalism, helpfulness and warmth."

"Staff were fine, parking was good. But overall, this is a terrible hotel, room was not as expected, we booked a superior room but didn’t get one, we were offered another room but this was exactly the same. This hotel is not suitable for tourists, being in the middle of a car sales area without any restaurants nearby, did not feel safe going out after dark. The pictures of the hotel were not reflected in the reality. We changed hotel after 2 of the 7 nights."
