Hotel Agave is a very pleasant property, and the staff was truly excellent throughout our 10-day stay: always kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, I must point out a very negative aspect that seriously affected the last days of our stay. During our visit, the hotel hosted a group of about 50 middle school students from Sardinia. Their presence made it almost impossible to rest, especially at night. The students were very loud until 2–3 a.m., with constant noise and shouting, and unfortunately the supervision from the teachers was minimal. This created a very stressful situation and was not compatible with a relaxing stay. I want to emphasize that the issue was not the hotel staff, who remained supportive and professional, but rather an organizational choice that, in my opinion, should be reconsidered. Hosting large school groups alongside guests seeking a peaceful stay is simply not compatible. I would strongly recommend that future guests check in advance whether school groups are present, as this can significantly impact the quality of the stay.

Quiet and pleasant place to stay close to Naples

Very good price, acceptable distance to Naples if you have a car. Free parking, tennis court and a nice pool. The room was very big and clean. We stayed during Xmas period, the room was very warm and clean. The staff are very friendly. With the price we paid I cannot imagine anything better.

Surprising comfort + full satisfaction

The hotel seems terribly positioned, but just the opposite is true. Hidden in green, isolated from the highway by sufficient distance and green barriers, we enjoyed our stay there in full. The staff is very friendly and supportive, the hotel design is picturesque (Mexican style), and it was refreshing and pleasant. I doubt 4 stars are adequate, but who knows what the measures are. Everyday cleaning, fresh towels, cozy restaurant, sports facilities, plenty of space in closed private parking. Just the shower is very small and would deserve reconstruction (rusty stains). But still perfectly clean.

Agave hotel surrounding very nice but is located on freeway and there is no transportation but by taxi or rental car. Hotel poorly managed does not offer except one shuttle a day at 11:00am that drops off with no return to hotel. Pick up at 6:00pm. Also no food delivery allowed like you’re locked in hotel and stuck with their meals. Breakfast is basic for 2 stars hotel. Staff very nice (Alex at breakfast time helped in satisfying guests requests like adding more fruits). Simona at reception was very helpful in answering any questions or concerns. They did have a birthday party on 6/21/2024 that was noisy and lasts all night.

The rooms are sizeable, comfortable, and clean. The property is located behind a gas station right off a highway and behind access-controlled gates: this made it very convenient to fill up the gas tank for a rental car before any heading out. Despite the property being somewhat close to a highway (behind the gas station), the noise levels were NOT noticeable from the room. The property is surrounded by a hill on three sides covered in greenery, so it gives you the sensation of some seclusion despite the proximity to the highway. The on-site restaurant serves decent food.

We stayed at the Hotel Agave in late April. This was a beautiful hotel, everything was awesome! The staff was amazing, in the morning there are great Italian pastries and a full breakfast with excellent cappucino. The hotel is easily accessible set back from the road so it is quiet at night and in the morning. The rooms are clean and spacious with maybe the most comfortable beds in Europe. The staff was great, patient with my Italian and so kind. There is a red clay tennis court and picturesque pathways around the hotel where we took evening walks. Stop in the Q8 for a great pannini or pasta of the day. Safe gated parking and a gas station at the bottom of the hill. We had an amazing time, and will be back-- most highly recommended!

Don't stay in off season as you can't use the pool despite it being warm enough!! . Miles from anywhere. Very noisy from the road (like a race track at night) - Poor in room (no tea/coffee facilities) and out of room facilities were non existent. Breakfast was as minimal as it could be and of low quality. Very poor selection. Some of the staff were lovely, others were either rude or unhelpful. Don't be fooled by the photographs!!

Malheureusement mon séjour c’est mal passé, l’hôtel est très loin du centre. Avec 2 enfants impossible de sortir. La piscine était bien et le petit déjeuner on a pas trop le choix malheureusement. Les serveurs du restaurant sont très gentil d’ailleurs ils me manquent, la réceptionniste pas très sympa. Hôtel très vieux pour un 4 étoiles désolé

Det ligger som en afkørsel på en motorvej så du kan ikke forlade hotellet uden bil. Og det er langt fra centrum, selvom der står 16 km tager det rigtig 40 min hvis ikke mere at komme til centrum grundet deres vejnet og trafik. Det er et lidt slidt gammelt hotel og maden i restauranten er virkelig dårlig.

Hôtel à rénover rapidement. La chambre est spacieuse tout comme la salle de bain. La douche est minuscule, pas de pression d'eau et évacuation bouchée et sale. Petit déjeuner déplorable pour un 4 étoiles. Le 1er matin, alors que le petit déjeuner commence à 7h00, en arrivant à 8h00, une partie du buffet n'est pas dressé. Il a fallu appeler une personne pour avoir un café et un thé. On l'a dérangé dans sa communication téléphonique et elle nous l'a fait savoir. Elle n'a pas servi les boisons chaudes mais les as plutôt jettees sur la table. Puis de nouveau plus personne dans la salle de service. Donc pas possible de demander autre chose. On a mangé au restaurant. Idem pour le service pas vraiment envie. Par contre la nourriture est bonne mais peu de quantité. La piscine reste l'atout principal de cet hôtel. Par contre il faut se baigner avec un bonnet de bain vendu 2 euros à la réception. L'hôtel est très proche de l'autoroute mais on entend pas grand chose. Un grand parking et un terrain de tennis sont à disposition.

Il faut avoir un véhicule car situé sur une bretelle d'autoroute. Dommage que la piscine ferme à 18 heures. Un peu tôt pour se détendre après une journée de visite.
