We did a remote check in which was easy to follow and the hotel manager assisted us with the process. The room was a good size and we really liked the complimentary water and coffee. When planning the next phase of our trip, they were really helpful with giving us advice of where to go and prices for ferries to the Amalfi. Close to key areas for food and travel. The completely virtual check in worked ok for us (maybe trickier for less digitally confident people). The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Had a couple of small issues that didn't get fixed but we knew we'd booked a relatively basic stay so nothing that drastically impacted our stay. The walls are quite thin so you're reliant on self aware guests in other rooms which we did have. I'd recommend staying again if you're just looking for a place to put your head down at the end of the day but if you're looking for something more it might not be for you. We enjoyed our stay here for a few nights exploring Naples and surrounding areas! The hotel is located around 10-15 walk from main train station. It was around 15 minute walk to the port where you can take a boat to Procida, Capri etc. Its easily walkable to all the tourist sights & shopping areas from here. The hotel was in a quiet courtyard so still managed to get a good sleep in busy Naples! The reception staff were great - using whatsapp to communicate and can keep your bags here on check out day when we had a later flight. However, make sure to read the email about the self-check-in process before you arrive. While the facilities are new, the cleanliness was lacking. I found individual hairs on the bed and a hairball under the sliding door. ##### Büsra ### 4/10 Poor #### Sophie 27 May 2025 #### Not as expected, very basic Very confusing property- this is basically a room within a corridor or rooms, within an apartment block, within a courtyard, in a very poor area of Naples. Remote entry to the property with a lift to the first floor once you have gone up a flight of stairs- so not suitable for those with mobility issues (plus getting through the small entrance off the street would be a struggle). There is no local parking and the area feels generally unsafe (would not recommend for solo or female travellers). The room was very basic, bedding was clean but the bathroom was mouldy. The noise from the street at night is considerable.
