"The hotel and hotel staff were outstanding; modern, clean, and the breakfast was wonderful. We had difficulty finding the entrance when we first arrived, but the front desk staff came out to show us the way in. You enter the hotel through a small alley that seemed a bit rough at first, but we had no problems at all while we were there. It has easy access to taxis and public transportation."

"I had a very good stay. The parking is off site (and of course driving in Napoli is always a challenge.) The room was super clean and spacious. The room overlooks Via Toledo so it really feels like you’re part of the action 24/7. There’s a 24 hour concierge at the building entrance which made it feel upscale and very safe. "

"Convenient for us for an overnight stay before flight We arrived from Ischia to Naples by ferry & it was around a 10minute taxi ride, very assertive taxi driver at the Port didn’t want to out the meter on but eventually did & cost was juts under 10 euro Hotel is in the centre of things so streets can be quite noisy ( even from the 7th floor ) but it wasn’t too troublesome Rooms are a very tired, big holes in curtains etc but was fine for one night, bed was very comfortable & good bed...

"Let me start with the fact that I don’t like Naples. But this hotel is like an island inside the not so inviting city. Used to be a real palace that turned into a luxurious hotel. When you walk to your room you really feel the royal atmosphere. Everything is new, clean and of excellent design, inside and outside the room. "From when we first arrived Alfredo couldn't do enough for us. We were able to check in early and leave our bags the whole day on check out. It felt more like an air BnB as we hardly saw any other guests and enjoyed sitting out on the terrace late afternoon most days. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Good rooms and beds. Can be a little noisy at night but that's just Naples and the price you pay for a great convenient location! Brilliant stay!"
