"This is a great hotel. The location couldn’t be better-it’s literally 1 minute away from the metro station and the train station. Although it is on a crowded block, the window isolation is super - we didn’t hear any street noise. Shower stream and WiFi signal are both very strong. Quite a few good restaurants are in the same neighborhood of the hotel. Staffs are nice and friendly. "

"A heritage property this was a great choice. The staff the sea the sight were awesome. Everyone starting from front desk to restaurants were filled with passionate people. "Great hotel! Staff friendly and helpful, room was great, restaurant and room service were excellent. Only complaint, and not any reflection on the hotel itself, was the location. It's not the most-centrally located property, so you're a bit of a walk from historical sites and other tourist interests. That being said, I never felt unsafe walking in the area at any time. Will definitely be back to Naples and will definitely consider staying again!"

"Amazing location on the waterfront and an easy walking distance from many attractions. Hotel was spotless, beds were super comfy, complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of foods in a beautiful room overlooking the castle. It was off season so was able to receive an upgraded room with a balcony with a partial castle view. Such a bonus! I would definitely stay here again. "

"It’s so hard to rate this property. The staff were fantastic, in particular Marcello on reception. The hotel is very dated and needs a makeover. A shower over the bath just doesn’t cut it these days. The area around the hotel is very dirty and seems unsafe, but I wasn’t harassed at all. There are lots of police and soldiers in and around the station. Overall, I’d go back again but some people may need to be wary of the location."

"Convenient for us for an overnight stay before flight We arrived from Ischia to Naples by ferry & it was around a 10minute taxi ride, very assertive taxi driver at the Port didn’t want to out the meter on but eventually did & cost was juts under 10 euro Hotel is in the centre of things so streets can be quite noisy ( even from the 7th floor ) but it wasn’t too troublesome Rooms are a very tired, big holes in curtains etc but was fine for one night, bed was very comfortable & good bed...
